Taking them home

  • Nama yatsuhashi and ajari-mochi do not keep; buy them on your last day.
  • Flying home: sake cannot go in hand luggage; pack it in checked bags.
  • Matcha and shichimi are light and unbreakable, fine to buy on day one.
